3. Revision Policy

We offer revisions according to the selected package.

• Revisions are free as long as the original concept remains unchanged
• Revision turnaround time is typically 24–48 hours
• Major changes or new concepts may be treated as a new order

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones
• Work begins only after confirmation of payment
• Additional services or upgrades may require extra charges

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• Original and custom-made
• Developed after proper research

We offer revisions until satisfaction within the scope of the selected package.

11. Domain & Hosting

Domain and hosting may be included in selected website packages. Email accounts may be provided depending on hosting with us.

12. Project Inactivity

Projects with no activity for 60 days may be marked inactive. Reactivation may require additional charges. Resources may be reassigned to other projects.

13. Limitation of Liability

Professional Logo Design is not liable for:

• Losses due to delays caused by client
• Third-party issues (hosting, domains, etc.)
• Misuse of delivered designs

14. Unique Design Guarantee

We guarantee that all designs are created from scratch. In case of similarity with an existing design, we will provide a revision or redesign. However, trademark registration remains the client's responsibility.
