Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions and depend on the stage of the project. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund


2.1 Before Initial Concept Delivery

If a refund request is made before any initial design concepts are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding a 10% service and processing fee.

2.2 After Initial Concept Delivery

If you request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the initial concepts, eligibility will depend on the project progress and will be reviewed accordingly. If the request is made between 48 to 120 hours, partial refund eligibility may be considered based on work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Once you have approved any design concept
  • If you have requested revisions or changes to the initial designs
  • After final design files have been delivered
  • If there has been no activity on the order for 60 days
  • For website projects, once the website is developed, deployed, or made live
  • If the cancellation is due to personal reasons (e.g., business closure, partnership issues, change of mind, or shifting priorities)

4. Combo & Custom Packages

For packages that include multiple services (e.g., logo + website):

  • Refunds will only apply to the portion of the service not yet approved or delivered.
  • If one part of the project (e.g., logo design) has been approved, a refund can only be considered for the remaining services.

5. Valid Refund Requests

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be based on a valid reason, such as the design not meeting the agreed brief.
  • Clients are required to provide clear feedback and revision requests.
  • We will continue revisions to meet expectations before considering a refund.

6. Project Inactivity

Projects with no client response for 60 days will be marked inactive.

  • Reactivation may require an additional reactivation fee.
  • Resources may be reassigned to other active projects.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The client has placed orders with multiple companies for the same project with the intent to claim refunds.
  • The order was not placed in good faith.

8. Unique Design Guarantee

We ensure that all designs are created uniquely.

If a design is found to be significantly similar to an existing one, we will provide a redesign solution. However, trademark registration and legal protection remain the client's responsibility.

9. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted to our support team with complete details of the issue.

Each request is reviewed case-by-case, and the Company reserves the right to approve or deny any refund based on the terms of this Policy.

10. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by Professional Logo Design are final and are based on the evaluation of project progress and compliance with this Policy.
